As humanity is consuming the planet at a higher and higher pace, designers and architects have the duty to make their best to use not only sustainable materials (like wood) but also recycled ones. Recycled materials that can be recycled again. In architecture it can be rebuilding from previous houses' stones, in design a recycled material we use a lot is aluminum: it requires little energy to be remelted and is a very durable material.
