QalamSila

QalamSila is a library of connectors for wood pencils. The connectors allow for any assembly, including mechanical moving ones. Each connector has unique properties (motion, angle, number of connections). Some connectors allow also to use other objects, including other existing construction toys. The connectors are 3D printed with 100% organic material and the pencil are made of wood. Complex assemblies, load bearing structure, moving mechanical systems are easy to create. Schools are using QalamSila as a teaching support.
