UBIC Flexible Housing System
UBIC is a modular, flexible prefabricated housing system. It is constituted of 1 universal joint, 1 frame post and a large variety of panels (walls, floors, roofs, windows, pergolas, decks, etc.).
Every element is small enough to be carried by two persons into any place (everything can pass a regular door).
Once the main structure defined (U shape, L corner, bridge, tower, etc.), panels can be chosen and installed. At any time the structure can be: moved, recomposed, panels changed, windows displaced to another side, etc.). Compared to regular architecture: non movable, hard to change, UBIC is fully editable, can grow or shrink, be resold. UBIC is giving a flexibility never seen in architecture.
